Me and a friend playing as Germany and Japan has encounterd this two times now playing the 1939 scenario.
When Germany defeats Denmark the first events fires correctly, Denmark leaves the allies and US gets Iceland and Greenland. Then time goes by and Denmark never surrenders their territory to Germany.
When starting a save game in singleplayer Denmark surrenders their territory within a few days. But when we start the save in multiplayer it never fires.
This is annoying and since it has happend to us twice I was wondering if anyone else has seen this?
