I think for the game as a whole, a desert dlc should be made. We already have the snowfall dlc, so I think a desert dlc would be a great addition to the the game. Sandstorms could occasionally occur, causing roads and a few major buildings to become damaged. There could be a whole new building style for homes, businesses, and for major buildings such as police stations and fire stations. Of course new road types and a barrier of some sort should be added that can withstand sandstorms. Sandstorms can be turned off, but it would also turn achievements off. This DLC could also add dust storms to regular maps and three to five new unique desert maps should also be added. If a part of the city is blocked from the sandstorm by a mountain, the sandstorm wouldn't touch that part of the city. All in all, this would likely make a great addition to cities skylines and could add a lot of creativity to the game.
