Development of Temples privilege hides income change

Description​

Clergy privilege Development of Temples prevents province's income increase from being seen when churches are being built. When you are trying to start construction of economic buildings, the confirmation screen says "This will increase the monthly income from this province by [add amount here]". When you have Development of Temples active then the "[add amount here]" part can't be seen for some reason. The sentence ends with "... province by".

As seen in the image the message is scrolled as much down as possible.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Activate Development of Temples privilege.
2. Try constructing a church.
3. Observe the confirmation screen.
