These are adorable little beach parks you can place around your sandy areas, with boardwalks (calçadão) and parking, palm trees, beach umbrellas and pool chairs.

Isn't it awesome? I've used paths to connect between parks. Its quite away from the water, but hey, if they only could swim....

Thanks, not yet, I find the workshop to be quite a mess. Plus I think it still needs some adjustments.
Like for example how to tweak the values for cost radius and effect of it.
