I've noticed some differences in rendering in the photo mode vs normal gameplay. I don't know that this is an actual bug, so I'm putting it here in the feedback section. Here's an example...
Photo mode:

In the photo mode picture, everything is a little bit more blue. There isn't as much bloom on the sun (and it's blueish). There aren't as many reflections in the pond, and the sun doesn't reflect on the pond. I actually prefer the regular shot here.
In my photo mode shot, I don't have any filters on. There's a little bit of vignette. There's a little bit of bloom. There isn't much else special about it. I don't have any depth of field blur.
The one thing that might be causing it, is the photo mode appears to think it's night. The street lamps are on. I don't think it should be considered night though. The sun is in about the same position.
I haven't checked to see if the reflections come back when the street lamps turn off. There does seem to always be some color differences between normal gameplay and photo mode with no filters, however.
