Currently in game, when you get the "Construction Complete" notification, whether it's for a building on a planet, a ship from a shipyard, a station from a construction ship, an army being trained, etc... you have no way to know if that's just one in a queue, or the end of a queue.

Especially since we'll be able to pick in the upcoming patch which messages will be notifications and which messages will be toasts, it would be really nice if these were separated into two slightly different notifications.

In the later game, there are situations where I control so many planets, whenever a colonization is complete, I just plop down a bunch of districts and buildings, and let it build up for a while. I get a notification for every single building completed as part of that queue, but I don't really care because the next thing is already queued. However, when the last building finishes, I want to have a look and see how things are. Perhaps one of the buildings can be leveled up, perhaps I need to build more housing or amenities, etc... But the only way to know if it's the last building, is by clicking the icon every single time and see if it's done. Sure, I could technically count the icons, but imagine that I don't have one such planet but over a dozen. It also really clutters the notification bar.

Having a (more in queue) or (end of queue) suffix would allow me to designate the ones with more in queue into toasts, or maybe outright mute them.

Same with armies. The army builder from space stations is really really nice (though a bit weird that you can train armies from planets you just barely landed your colony ship on)! However, it gets soooooo spammy on the notification bar, but I do want to know when the armies are done developing.

Same with construction ships, especially when set to automated construction. I don't care about each individual mining or research station, but I do care when it's done building and cannot find anything else to build.

Also, constructing a starbase and a simple space station should have different notifications!
