OK, this request may be trivial to the point that it will get added in the next patch either way, but can we please get some difficulty options, like
  • starting number of rockets
  • initial funding
  • sponsor research per sol
  • rare metals price
  • starting applicant
  • scaling the "freebies", i.e. research and money from milestones and anomalies, as well as the metal just lying around on the map
etc. ? Space race adds fun unique buildings, but at the same time, I feel I enjoy games with very limited sponsor help a lot more, and you can only play the church of the new ark so often.

For example, I really like Europe's low-g-lab, but playing as them simply feels too easy, even with several other difficulty options enabled. So far, the games I have enjoyed most by far were those in which the survival of the colony was on a knife's edge for a long time, which is kind of defeated as soon as you can construct three domes just from your starting budget, and happily progress along the tech tree without ever building a lab.
