Can anyone make these difficult flags for me.

Nivernais

Limousin

Piedmonte

Savoy (Catholics of Savoy in my Scenario)

Savoy (Waldensians I myself can't post such a selfmade-flag but the symbols I can)

in the middle of the cross comes this Waldensian Symbol (I know it's only visible as a blue dot on the Flag but it's what I would like a lot)
