Not sure if this should be posted here, or under Support. Seems like a bug to me, but I can't find anybody else mentioning it, so maybe there's something I'm missing.
The problem I'm referring to is the fact that the "Send Diplomat" options always seem to break down during wars. In virtually every war I've been in, playing Turkey and Russia so far, when I want to Offer Peace to the enemy, I find the option is greyed out, and the floating help text tells me that I must wait until a date well in the past before I can offer peace again, even if I have never offered peace before. I've had this condition last up to 3 years, which is hugely annoying and can turn victory into a liability.
If this is indeed a bug, I'd very much like to see it fixed in the next patch. If not, and anybody has an explanation, I'd be very grateful.
