1.In the diplomatic relations list, some countries' names are in yellow color and some are in white. What does that mean?

2.I heard people talking about a 'bad boy rating', where can I see it in the game?

Sadly it's not viasble in the game, was added after the game was released in Germany/Sweden

Colors

Thanks, but what about the different colors for country names in the diplomatic screen?

Colours represent attitude of the particular country toward you. Grren is frindly, yellow - neutral, red - hostile. Those are more general presentations of the attitude that is more precisely measured on a -200 to +200 scale whch you see to the right of the coutry name on that screen.

Eh, I don´t think he meant the colours on the map, but the colours in the dip list, where some countries' names are yellow and some are white. I would like to know that too.
