Disastrous game performance, constant game freezing

Description​

Crusader Kings 3 does not work or support mods anymore, adding mods available on the Internet freezes the game on boot up.

Solved: Deleted CK3 document folder, also disabled fullscreen optimization on CK3.exe and disabled vsync in paradox launcher

Steps to reproduce​

1. Add some mods on Steam or Paradox plaza
2. Start a new game or load a save.
3. Try to reload 2-3 times or try starting a new game
4. Watch the game permanently freeze
