Disconnects and slow multiplayer

Description​

These are two distinct issues - as a simple bug, me and my friend, both with very modern PCs and a stable internet connection disconnect randomly in multiplayer. It seems somewhat unreliable. Secondly, as a a matter of fact rather than a bug, the multiplayer in ck3 seems extremely slow - its like its very difficult for to run at even speed 3, especially the other player - not the host, has a severe latency.

Steps to reproduce​

For the disconnect, no real action was taken by either player - it came out of nowhere every time (earlier it has been stationing men at arms, but we avoidid it this game as it always breaks multiplayer)
