Will the frequent diseases be balanced in this mod for the next release, at least in Westeros, given the nature of healthcare among nobles by maesters and them generally having good diets? There aren't that many Westerosi deaths recorded at the hands of minor diseases throughout the books in this universe, the majority of disease deaths (for nobility) being from epidemics.

Many people die of normal illnesses in the lore I believe; It may just be a case of it being written of in history books as "Died of old age" instead of "Died of the common flu at age 98", like in the real world before heart attacks were common knowledge and easy to diagnose

They record heart attacks and such eg Tytos Lannister (Tywin's father) died of a burst heart etc.
