Display selection in the CS2 launcher does not work.

Expected Result​

When I select generic display (0) or (1) out of the listed options, the game should obey the setting and run on the selected display.

Actual Result​

No matter which display you select, the game runs on only one display. For a few days, it runs on the main display then it randomly switches to the secondary display regardless of the settings. I have had this issue since launch.

Steps to reproduce​

Start the game from the Steam library or desktop shortcut. In the launcher try out the display settings for the game. See if the game obeys your selection while starting.
