Hey! I'm playing as a Tribal and one of my Chiefs has this. Gives a -10 to loyalty. Just wondering where it comes from and what it means?

Either Tribal reform or there was the event to split lands between them or something. Either way it will pass soon enough, if you screenshot I can be more specific. In any case just bribe or free hands the guy, corruption in tribes isn't too bad but I would recommend amending it before reform, high wages can bring it down.

As TheBrilliantBoolean mentioned it is related to an event you had. There you decided to either favor one or another tribal chief regarding an issue over some tribal lands. If I remember correctly you either got manpower or gold plus and minus opinion from the relevant tribal leader.

Yeah that sounds about right. I probably wasn't paying attention to the event effects. Or maybe it was one of those Queued Events that only appear briefly in the right-hand event que (with no pop-up), always miss those ones before they autoresolve!
