Furthermore ... i have in fact vertified ... which you (easiest) should be able to see in Italy were Amalfi have been tugged in between Salerno and Napoli

Exactly the same issue as Sian. I've also deleted the local content and reinstalled it after copying in a copy of it from a backup I'd recently made. It then downloaded about 600mb of stuff.
Same again when check launcher old gods is listed and ticked but when game loads does not say installed (indeed tells me it is available to buy).
I did have issues when purchasing through the steam shop unsure if Sian did as well? Namely asked me to re-enter my card details as if it had forgotten them then when i hit purchase hung on "working" for about 5 minutes. after going to my library to see if it was downloading then back to the shop it had left that page but when I checked old gods again listed it as purchased. other than that verifying cache doesn't make a difference.
also checked the DLC folder (as I saw some others have done) and shows a dlc024 file in there from today at around 2mb in size. Is this correct?

for what it's worth ... it fixed itself while i was away for a few hours ... still have no clue why
When I launch the game, it says " Latest update is v.1.092. Manual download here. This is after deleting it twice and reinstalling it from Gamersgate twice. I do NOT have the option to update to version 1.1. How do I fix this?

You have to relaunch steam or even restart the computer if the dlc's don't show after you bought them. Also your game image also shows that none of your main dlc's are active as there should be small icons over the description field on the lower part of the screen. From those you know that the main DLC's are working.
I also seem to have no DLCs working. Not even Dynasty Shields. All shows up fine in the launcher, none is running in-game.
I've deleted logs and flags, verified game cache, unticked each and the reticked (which worked the last couple of times an expansion broke my DLC) and restarted the PC. So far no joy

Same issue, I think it's a patch problem, but I can't get the latest patch to show in the launcher. If I check for update I get "Game is up-to-date", although I'm on v1.092. The text of the launcher news isn't changed from then either.

i have buy in gamersgate a old gods, norse faces and units pack. I have that in ingame store install and two small dlc are in my game good. but Old gods i see only in launcher but not in game. In launcher stay alltime only old patch 1.92, no infos for old gods or whats more.

What happens if you go to your Steam library -> Steamapps -> common -> Crusader Kings II, right click ck2.exe and choose "Run as Administrator"?

I'm afraid I don't really understand the problem. Do you have the same issue as OP?
i dont have patch 1.10 in my launcher... i think that is my problem
If you haven't got patch 1.10 installed that would be cause for problems
This happened for me, too, on release day, but it went away later in the evening. But now it's happening again! Nothing's working, it must be related to the new patch. Is this going to be a thing every time a new patch comes out?
