  • This is on a new PC that has never run Stellaris, and I have still not actually run the game on this PC
  • This is through Steam
  • Grand Archive shows
    • In Steam, In Library
    • In the Paradox launcher, under Owned Content, and is checked as Enabled
  • However in Stellaris
    • under Additional Content > Narrative Expansions, it shows as unowned
    • When I click on it, it offers to buy in steam
    • Then Steam reports it as already owned
  • Things to note:
    • Again, brand new PC
    • Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times: removed folders under my documents and steam library related to stellaris if they existed
    • Removed Grand Archive in steam, general properties, DLC and restored it
    • Disabled Grand Archive in Stellaris and restored it
    • Did variations of these kind of things multiple ways through
    • I have no mods

Wait!!! Same here! I thought it was only the BIogenesis DLC the one causing trouble, but Grand Archive is like "not owned" according to the "additional content" tab inside the game, but the content is there, available. This is getting pretty weird...

The one I own and everything is Biogenesis, but this one is just like "not owned," and when I hit the "buy" button just in case it tells me "You already own this", and I'm confused, more now that I see this post.

I opened a ticket in ZenDesk and this was in the response"

"... from what we gather it's actually a visual bug as the content of the DLC is present in game. If you start a new game and check if you have the Treasure Hunters and Primal Calling origin then you know for sure the DLC is working as it should. This is slated to be sorted permanently in a upcoming patch."

I can confirm those origins in mine :)
