I bought all the 5 DLCs for the game via steam, and I played normally until September 2nd. Today when I tried to load the game I got the message "DLC missing". In my steam library I can see them, but in the dlc folder on my pc there are no files related to Rebirth, Ultimate Colony and Shattered Hope and I can't download them.

It was fast. As soon as I posted this an update went up and now all the dlc are in place. I can play again. Thanks
This game has not been updated for about 18 months, so I'm not sure what update you got there! Regardless I'm glad it is working for you now.
