DLC not Enabled

Description​

Everytime i play the game the DLC status is not enabled, i already enabled it at steam account and paradox launcher and its still not working

Steps to reproduce​

start the game, chek dlc, tada its not enabled. try again and try play campaign and its still not working

maybe steam has some errors with the download cache:

• Step by Step, Clear Steam Download Cache
• Validate the game files. Open the Properties menu for the game and select the Local Files tab, then select Verify Integrity of Game Files. Steam will automatically repair any files that need it.

or maybe check the playsets: The paradox launcher has a tab called dlc as well. With buttons to disable or enable them for each playset
