Hello to the team,

I'm planning on delving back into CK2 soon and have some old dlc content that I bought years ago on Gamersgate (ex: Dynasty shield pack 1,2 and 3). However I don't seem to see them on my steam account ever since I made the "transfer".
Is there any way to get my content onto steam?
Many thanks nad best regards!

Gamersgate ID and Steam ID are the same as on this forum.
Best regards

What should have happened for you (and used to happen for all GG/CK2 customers) is that we gave GG Steam codes for the game and all DLCs, and they allocated them to their customers as they had the records of who had bought what.

This all worked fine up until a few years ago when GG was bought out, and started to renege on this arrangement.

In the first instance you should check your GG account and see if they allocated any DLC Steam codes to you, if not contact them and ask for them.

If/when they refuse or come up with some excuse, come back to us here. We cannot supply them to you (as we already supplied them to GG to give to you) but we will see what we can do in the circumstances.
