Hello Everyone! I have been playing Stellaris for about two years now through Steam Family sharing with a friend, when I decided after so many hours I would personally purchase the 'Starter Edition' of the game on Steam for my own personal account and use it with my friend. Unfortunately an issue has arisen that has proven quite bothersome to fix. This being that the horizon Signal DLC is absent from my library, and cannot be verified as owned in the launcher. Now I have the DLC files clearly present in the game, I have done multiple 'clean' installs involving removing both file locations for Stellaris for the launcher and Steam, verified files, done firewall expectations, cleared my catches. switched download regions, etc. I really am at my wits end here as I cannot continue my own save and I planned on hosting our sessions as I owned the most DLC. I have searched the forums here and on Reddit and I couldn't turn up much. I also contacted Paradox Support and after two weeks of trying solutions I was directed here. Steam support refused to even touch the problem. Thanks in advance for any help y'all might be able to shine on this problem. Cheers!

Cannot believe I somehow never thought of that. Or anyone else for that matter. That did the trick into getting it to show up into my library. Thanks for saving me out here!
