DLC updates not loading error on launch

Anyone know how to solve this issue I am getting when trying to launch my Stellaris game. Just bought DLC from windows store and am playing the game with Game Pass on windows 11.

The image shows the problem but basically I am getting a hang up where it is saying the DLC needs to update but I am then getting an error message with the following error code.
