Hi,

I was having the same game freezing bug that others have been experiencing, so I reinstalled the game. That seems to have fixed it, but now my music DLC has disappeared and it's not available to redownload in the ingame shop.

I have the same problem. Already contacted GG customer support. They said they can do nothing about it and take this to Paradox Interactive customer support.

I truly hope that I see those DLCs in my game, shown as purchased when they are finally released.

Why you people don't get it?

They were released on 14th February and I purchased them from ingame store. (I know they were released by mistake.)

I paid with blue coins and had those DLCs until I made a clean install recently. Now I don't have them, my blue coins gone, GG says it's not their problem and redirects me to PI, there's no news of a refund from Paradox.

I just want to know wheter I'll get a refund or will I get those DLCs free of charge when they are finally released.

Appearantly nobody knows anything but they all repeat the same thing like parrots: "They are not released yet."

Yeah, let's pretend like I and many other people haven't paid for those DLCs cause they're not released yet.

The fact that the DLC is not yet released is indeed down to Paradox, not GG. The fact that you have been charged by GG before release is down to GG, not Paradox. Paradox cannot refund your blue coins, since that is a GG currency and nothing to do with Paradox. If you don't want to wait then ask GG for your blue coins back and cancel the order. I hope that's 100% clear now.

You will get the music DLC when it is released.

You should not be charged again - if you are then GG will have to refund one of the charges; any talk of refunds is entirely out of Paradox's hands as your transaction was with GG.

I was just confused cause GG customer support was passing the issue to PI and there was no official statement from PI. As long as I get the DLCs in the end, everything's fine.
