Are working on it but you have 32 bit operating system and enough memory. However you have intel integrated graphics with drivers from 3 years ago which probably is the culprit.
Then the Nvidia one isn't properly installed perhaps. Make sure you have the drivers and control panel for Nvidia installed and make sure it is turned on.
Did going back to 2.0.4 work at all?
