DMES and ARMI have the same COA

The Duchies/Principalities of Mesopotamia and Armenia Minor have the same CoA.
This is the case in CK as well as in DV.

Since they're pretty close to eachother, this can be confusing.

This 'bug' has been in CK since it was released.

And you had all this time to fix it in DV and you didn't so you get the blame for not fixing it.
