I searched some files in \events but havent found so far anything . Im interested for example if castle-buildings that increase garrisons in capital demesne will decrease the chance of beeing murdered or universities in cities help child education etc.
On the other side i would like to ask if its even possible to mod that in? Which files do i need to look at?
