Question and recommendations.

I am currently playing Germany in 1.1 and it is the end of 1939. (hard, agressive)

Can I install DAIM with my current game or do I have to restart?

Any reason not to install the complete Modpack?

Does anyone have a rough feel how much a boost the AI gets? e.g. is the mod equivalent of boost the difficulty level from Normal to hard or Normal to very hard what about agressiveness?

If my current hard game is to easy what recommendations settings would suggest for my next game as a major power (prolly USA)

The DAIM AIs need the full play time to show their full effects, there won't be much difference if you simply install on top of your game. I would recommend to start a new game with the Bigpack or at least the DAIM AIs of your enemies (DAIM Axis/Allies). As for your other questions concerning the expected difficulty, well, that is dependent on your personal play level and also a bit on luck, the AI performance is a bit different each time. I would suggest to try out hard/aggressive first.
