"Do not show movement of allies' units" doesn't work?

As in title,

I want to ask u, if it's only my problem, or this option doesn't work for all players?
It's really anoying when I have to click between turns, to skip AI.

I am confirming that I am also seeing this issue and that it is annoying to have to watch allied AI players when I don't want to. The checked option to disable this does not work.

Is what you're seeing movement, or combat? Because combat will still show up, presumably because it involves a party that you are not allied with.
