Do the Allies invade Normandy in Daim?

Hawo cause no one gave me an answer before il make it into its own topic. Does the allied ai ever invade italy or normandy ? If not can someone tell me the exact codes in invasions that i shud type for eg provinces such as sthern italy normandy etc. I use to mod quite a bit but didnt really get any results on the invasion front (back in hoi2) . SO yeah can someone help me out. Too boring always just fighting on one front as germany or in the case as being russia i always go and take all of france.

in the current game i have been playing by 1943 sometime i annexed germany and had pushed into france. Funny enough the yankes did invade france by the east coast and they took sth west france hehe. wen u rejoin the borders though france doesnt get their provinces back if the ussr controls them. i have modded this but yet to see if it works (it shud). Although belguim doesnt get liberated either as ussr. i think i have to fix that up to. / give the belguim provinces back to belguim. the event wud only kick in wudnt it if your not at war with the allies aswell wudnt it as the ussr ? '

I guesss so . Its unlikely but may happen in the uprisining event and that will kill the recreation of poland.

Speaking for myself, I'm not a fan of late and post war events anyway. I can't think of one that works reliably.
