I have tried to host following the port protocols listed on another thread yet me and my friend still cant host,i know I can host becuase i can playing EU3.Some help in me hosting would be greatly appreciated it.

and you can't register Victoria because there is nothing to register. Victoria was released in 2003 before Paradox developed their whole register game system.

You have the same problem I have, forget about it you won't be able to play Vicky MP - sorry. Me and my friend had the same issue on both of our laptops and desktops, it sucks
