Does the Marsh King title exist in the game?

I was curious since my first game was in the Neck, and when I was glancing through the Wiki and saw that the lords of the neck use to call themselves that before they were subjugated by the North. It is somewhat hard to look up some of the titles in the title finder.

Yeah, I believe if you form the titular Kingdom of the Neck you get the title 'Marsh King', much like how the ruler of the Kingdom of Dragonstone is styled 'Dragon King'.
