Does this game have cloud save feature on mobile?

Hello,

I want to transfer my save data from iPhone to iPod touch. Though I logged in using Paradox account on iPhone first then iPod touch, the game doesn't offer using save data in cloud.

On this thread someone says this game saves data in "Apple's cloud" (sounds like iCloud). However, this game is not listed in app list which uses iCloud on my iPhone (you can check them via Settings -> General -> Storage & iCloud Usage -> iCloud: Manage Storage -> Documents & Data: Show All).
Save data on two iOS devices never synced. Of course I logged in on both devices using same Apple ID.

I checked Android devices too. I followed instruction on this thread but this game never offered to sync save data.

Does this game have cloud save feature on mobile? How can I transfer my save data between iOS devices?

Ah, I see... Looks like you can transfer only purchases. Not game save data.
