Does Victoria / Victoria Revolutions run on Windows 7?

I have Windows 7 64-bit. Should Victoria run ok on this?

Win 7 shouldn't be a problem but the screen resolution might be. Victoria doesn't run at any resolution less than 1024x768 and most netbooks don't have that much vertical resolution.
