Doesn't get 'Tamar Mepe' despite meeting requirements

I started off as Princess Tamar with the gender equality inverted rule setting (as the ck3 wiki advised). I managed to get all 3 Kingdom titles as well as all their counties (look below), and all that in one lifetime. Despite the game claiming that the save is eligible for achievements, I didn't get one. I have no clue why that would be. Any help?

Not a tech support issue so moved to main forum. If the community agrees it's likely to be a bug, post in Bug Reports please.

Probably best to attach the affected save game file here, so the gameplay experts can spot what the issue might be.

You might need to be at peace for the achievement to trigger.
