Domain Limit question

I need help with a mechanic im not understanding rigth now. My domain limit its for some reason 2 even when i have Duke rank +2 stewarship 17 +2 and Castillan + 1 but for some reason i have above limit -3 can somebody explain this to me.

EDIT: I will add this here cause ppl are Not understanding the question. If I have Duke +2 stewarship 17 +2 and Castillan + 1 = 5 domain limit why my domain limit is only 2? (im cross posting in reddit too cause nobody there understand the question either)

For whatever reason, you are using the nomad rules for domain limits. Its a bug and you should report it.

It's clearly stated on the screenshot that the maximum of your domain limit is 2. Presumably it's a nomadic government thing. Check your dominance levels and how they have different maximums for domain limit.

They are the feudal duke of Castile, not a nomad. Its a bug.

A save game to analyze this would be really useful. You are not supposed to have a maximum domain limit from what I can see in your screenshots even if its applied for some reason.

Yes, this should be a nomad only modifier.

I discover the problem its either Gamerule Gadget or foundational framework mods. One of those 2 Is messing the game up [CM's note: Watch the language!]. Disable that fix the issue. I reaply at reddit and I will edit this post later today.
