I'm in the middle of a dust storm, and my 2 domes are suffocating and dehydrated. However, I have several air tanks/water tanks which should be supplying the domes with resources but aren't.
simultaneously, I have a power shortage yet my 5 capacitors are at 100% and not supplying the net with power. What is going on? I have attached an autosave file for your viewing pleasure.
(save files go in c:\roaming\[user]\appdata\Roaming\Surviving Mars\[unique serial number])
edit: update: the solar panels just turned on (daylight), and yet my power shortage didn't change one bit. This is absolutely a bug.
