It is good to have such a CB as a dynamic tool for nomads.
However, it is clearly game destroying to be able to gain their titles by winning a war, even if they are allied with a targeted major title holder.
At a minimum, Dominance CBs in the area should not be allowed to be Declare War when they are allied with the holder of the targeted titles or have a truce.
My alliance partner Khazar has started a war by Dominance Expansion CB targeting Oghuz il of my primary title.
I am not included in the target of that CB, and my opponent is only a far weaker nomad.
I was surprised when I was suddenly notified that I had lost my primary title, Oghuz il. It took me a while to sort things out because before I knew it, Khazar had won it in Conquest.
How I to agree that I had lost my primary title, that I had suddenly been downgraded from a king-tier to a duke-tier after a hard-fought rise, and that this was due to an ally's war that was taking place without my knowledge or control?
