Hello, about a year ago I received the game on a free giveaway in the Epic games store, I immediately decided to buy Total Lockdown for the game with all the add-ons, but an unknown problem arose and the add-ons are not available to me. How can this problem be solved

I would contact Epic as this sounds like a problem on their end. You should have gotten a receipt in your email of the purchase.
