Download always fails at 98%

So, I'm trying to get the latest Crusader Kings Patch, and I'm having significant difficulty. It doesn't seem to matter if I'm using my web browser or a third party program to download the file, whatever the case it fails at 98%, with a file size of exactly 4256K out of a total of 4340K. I had a similar problem with the EU3 beta patch, but I managed to get that one downloaded in full. At this point the file appears to be un-downloadable on my end. Is there anything I can do? GetRight says the server doesn't support resumes either, so all it does is retry again get only 98% of the file, rinse and repeat. I'll welcome any ideas you guys may have.

Actually I was trying to download the absolute newest patch, which I think had one fix and came out last month. I already have the next most recent patch of the beta variety, just thought I'd get things up to date. Apparently the gaming gods don't like that idea.
