As for your other question, unless you own a copy you cannot have one installed on your system. Anything else is theft.
 
I am trying real hard to be understanding here, please see rules 9 and 10. I really cannot be expected to aid you in Pirating the game, especially as a moderator on the official forum. I would strongly suggest you drop the subject!

Unfortuanately for your ego it is the Admins perspective of phenomena that counts. Atleast on this particular plane of existance known as the Paradox forum. ;)
 
He clearly says he is trying to.
 
It does not matter if you understand or not!

It is a Paradox decision. I suggest you read the forum rules yourself. Specifically rule 19. Consider this a warning.
