How do I get the download version of skylines II, looks like I paid for it twice. All I want is to download the game and play on my computer. Certainly not transparent for me in getting the game, sign in her sign there?

If you bought it on Steam then you basically just have to login into the Steam Account where you bought the game.
Then went back bought it a second time and clicked Microsoft. Asked me for windows (picked) or linux went back to paradox - keeps wanting sending me back to where I started to order again. Paradox launcher does not contain the game. Very fricking confusing.
If you bought the game on Steam, you have to download the Steam Client, login into the Steam client with the account you bought the game from and then you should have it in your library and download it.
