How can I do something similar to the EU2 Vanilla of the events of AGCEEP or EP that remind that 10 years as past since the last DP change?

How can I do something similar to the EU2 Vanilla of the events of AGCEEP or EP that remind that 10 years as past since the last DP change?

All those events are in a separate file, aren't they? I think you can just take the file out of the AGCEEP events folder, add it to the Vanilla events folder, and add a line referencing it in events.txt.
