Draft stuff on my website

[Incompetent]

I've started putting draft updates to Abe files on my website. You can get them here.

So far, all I've done is change a few cultures around. Put province.csv into Aberration/DB, text.csv into Aberration/Config, and all files called XXX_1419.inc into Aberration/Scenarios/AGC.

New cultures:
bantu -> Burgundian
canary -> Hanseatic
inuit -> Norwegian
patagonian -> Occitan

NB: Download 'province.csv' only if you are NOT using the April 12th beta. Beta users, please download 'provincebeta.csv' and change the name as appropriate.

OK, I've now written a little program to beta-fy province.csv, saving me much tedium. Of course, I can't actually test if it's produced a file that works under the beta or not! Anyway, there is now a betafied version of the file on my website.
