(1) Incorporation of all the Teutonic Peoples under one Greater Reich (Austria, the Sudentenland of Czechoslavakia, Danzing and the Poznan region of Poland, the Baltic States, Norway, Sweden, Finland, the Low Countries, Luxembourg, Alsace-Lorraine)
(2) German Hegemony in Europe
(3) Control of the Middle East oilfields
Wermacht
The army adopts a policy of mobility. Armor will serve as the spearhead supported by mobile infantry. Advance units will be equipped with engineering battalions. ‘Foot’ infantry will only be used for static defense and police actions. Mobile infantry research is postponed after much debate.
Production: Infantry(2x6), Light Armor(1x6), Medium Armor(1x6), Mountain Infantry(1x6), Artillery bat(1x6), Engineer bat(1x6)
Luffwaffe
Research: Basic Tactical Bombers, Basic Fighters
Production: Tactical Bomber (1x6)
Complete air superiority over fronts as well as industrial regions is mandated. Static AA gun emplacements are deemed unneccesary. The lack of conventional artillery for the ground forces will be handled by ground attack aircraft. Further, range is given high priority, both to support enlongated fronts and insure maximum use of limited airpower resources. Due to this, plans for dive bombers and intercepters are shelved in favor of tactical bombers and fighters. Escorts are deemed to specialized for our purposes.
Kriegsmarine
Direct conflict with the Royal Navy is universally agreed to be suicide. The Reich has neither the resources nor the time to build up a sufficient surface fleet and Goering flatly refuses to spare any aircraft for naval operations. The primary responsibility of the navy will be convoy interdiction. U-boats with the ability to operate autonomously for extended tours are determined to be the best course of action. The surface fleet is tasked with control of the Baltic and ASW duties and (limited) raiding against convoys with heavy escorts.
Research: Indirect Approach Doctrine, Long Range Submarines
Production: 2 BBs (Bizmark & Tripitz)
Industry
While outright construction of new factories is desirable, IC is dedicated to production of military units. The solution is to make existing factories as efficient as possible.
Research: Basic Machine Tools
Trade
The Ministry determines all trade routes must be either localized or within the Baltic (where they can be protected). The sole exception is Romania’s lucrative oil deal. Oil is the primary resource traded for in excessive amounts with an eye on stockpiling for the coming war.
Diplomacy
It is decided to sway one country at a time. Hungary is chosen as the first target due to its strategic location near Romania and its sympathies to our way of life.
