I finally got to spend some significant time playing the King Arthur Druids DLC and I can safely say that the opening stages of the game have been one of the most riveting strategic gaming experiences of my life.

I play on Hard difficulty to keep me alert and Druids DLC has managed to accomplish just that. The economic/diplomatic system has been tweaked just right from the original campaign. It now both hosts the complexity and balance necessary to be a fully developed feature. I love the simple way in which the Leadership ability has been made into a major game component!

Another major improvement was the introduction of the Guardians of Pwyll. I felt that the original campaign completely lacked mention-worthy light cavalry units -- a problem which the Guardians of Pwyll successfully resolve.
