anyone know where i can find them? ie which file theyre kept in?

All claimable duchies and kingdoms are found in Province.csv on the columns "duchy" and "kingdom".

Other tags mentioned in tag lists can be either duchies or kingdoms, depending on which tier you put them in the scenario files.

but.. hardcoding isnt something i like doing. Found them in a text file under DB.
