Don't know if it's a bug, but the *DUCHY* of Pisa, listed with other duchy, is a kingdom in-game.

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
The tags have hard-coded aspects like demesne limit and tend to behave oddly when forced to different tier than they are intended. This is apparent in 'duchy' of Pisa in 1066, 'kingdom' of Bosnia in 1187 and many others. But I am quite sure Paradox people know it already and if they feel it is a big issue enough to warrant looking into, they'll do it when it reaches the top of their priority list.
