Is the dueling mod possible to disable it's very annoying clicking for 5min just to finish a fight with someone.

Look out for @Maal's new mod that has just had a trial version released: It features a brand new duel engine, and in the future when it is stable I hope CK2+ just replaces the old version with the new one. Right now it's not fully compatible with CK2+ though, keep that in mind.
Until then, as @Leri_weill said, don't lead armies - being able to duel is one of the primary reasons to do it, and if you don't want that you don't really have a reason to risk your character's life anyway.

though I do kinda agree with you, in that the AGOT's mod way of handling dueling traits and such is much better

valid concern and others have already said their advice, but as someone currently finishing a vanilla game....i miss duels so much ;_;
c;kPlus just seems to have more to do, duels were a welcome distraction and motivator during long slogs of wartime.
