66% to make Kingdom of Aragon does not work.

I cant check it coz ive lost my save game due a save CTD and im too lazy to spend 3 hours waiting for my king die in hands of muslims, but im pretty sure that i proclaimed myself King or Aragon (im the Barcelona duke) with only 6 or 7 requiered provinces, thats only 40% (18 is the 100%).

Sorry, you have to be a bit more precise than that to make fixing it possible. There already is a bug listed about this not working the other way around, does it help: http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?t=141438

Oh, and as you'r provinces do you mean those in your demesne or held by your vassals as well? Both are counted when creating a title.
