changing power between factions in province.

Hope I didn't miss it in the bug list :)

When I change power between nobles,pesants,etc.
the tolltip states that you recieve an instant prestiege (nobels/pesants) or piety (bughers/clergy) change, however I am yet to actually notice this change.

but don't worry I'm just glad you actually tried looking for it first.:)
We've had many not doing that - even one of the admins...:p
